This gorgeous church hiding in New Hampshire is nothing short of heavenly.
The "Little White Church" was built in May of 1879 as a place of worship for Freewill Baptists.
The congregation was small, in part because of their strict rules and regulations for becoming a member.
Think the town from "Footloose," but with even more expectations!
The Little White Church, in its original days, did not allow music, singing, or dancing within its doors.
Actually, Free Will Baptists ran the risk of being kicked out of the congregation if they were caught doing any of these things – even outside of the church.
The membership of the Free Will Baptists in Eaton Center eventually dwindled down to one lone member.
The Little White Church was eventually sold for $1.00 after World War II.
After it was purchased, the Little White Church became a nondenominational place of worship for the people of Eaton Center.
The rules of the church were no more. But the simplistic nature of the Free Will Baptists is still evident when you step inside.
Music now frequently fills the church with joyful worship.
This gorgeous church is now home to several instruments to accompany cheerful events and services.
The Little White Church currently hosts events and weddings throughout the year.
The interior of the church is a beautiful blank canvas for events. And the views from outside are even more striking!
Hidden away in beautiful scenery, the Little White Church is truly a heavenly sight.
