Located just three miles south of Camp Shelby South Gate and across from the main entrance to Paul B Johnson State Park, 49 Antique Mall & Flea Market is open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. When you arrive, you'll immediately notice the collection of old metal signs across the building's facade. Bright advertisements for Sunbeam Bread, RC Cola, Coca-Cola, Sinclair, Texaco, and others give a colorful hint of the nostalgia you'll find inside.
Indoors, more than 200 booths fill the air-conditioned, 43,000-square-foot market. Shoppers rave about its organization and cleanliness, the friendly staff, good prices, and wide selection of items.

Glassware collectors will find a varied selection of antique bottles, Depression glass, milk glass, carnival glass, and china sets. On the tip of kitchen adventures and setting tables, there is a lot of cookware, cast iron, cookbooks, and other kitchen implements, as well.
Some antique furniture pieces stand alone while others lend structure to booth spaces and range from mid-century cocktail tables and stereo consoles to pie safes and classic rocking chairs. Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L.
