This holiday season, Minnesota is aglow with dazzling Christmas lights! Throughout the state, beautiful drive-thru displays are getting people into the spirit of the season with twinkling lights, plenty of color, and whimsical arrangements. There are several great light displays to visit, including the one we'd like to introduce today. On the grounds of Valleyfair in Shakopee, Minnesota, the Christmas in Color holiday drive-thru is sure to delight even the biggest Grinch in your family. Load up the car and visit this light show for a magical dose of holiday fun. Here's what you need to know:

Christmas in Color is an exciting drive-thru Christmas display that arrived in Minnesota for the first time in 2020. It also has locations in several other states. The Minnesota location is on the grounds of Valleyfair in Shakopee.

The display is made up of more than one million colorful Christmas lights. Because it's only open to vehicles, you can enjoy the display without ever leaving your car.

You'll drive through a tunnel of magical lights...

...and see holiday-themed arrangements around every corner. The lights are synchronized to music. You can tune into a special station of holiday music and enjoy it as the lights blink in time with the songs.

The event starts in late November and goes until the first week in January. It's open every day from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The event is closed on Christmas.

There is a per-vehicle charge to enter the event. Advance ticket sales start November 1.
