This resort becomes especially popular during Christmastime when it's full of festive things to see and do. The light show is a must, with a floating Christmas tree at its center.
Other holiday activities include a Cirque show, ice skating, a Christmas Village, and much more.
Perhaps the most well-known holiday attraction is the annual ICE! display. In 2023, this incredible ice-themed attraction will take visitors through the story of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
Skilled individuals created 14 scenes in this beloved holiday story. The scenes took up to 35 days to create and were carved out of 2 million pounds of ice.
The displays truly come to life due to each character's intricate detail — you definitely won't want to rush through this holiday event.
You'll be given a big comfy coat before wandering through the exhibit but you'll want to make sure to also bring a hat and gloves. The display is kept at a very chilly 9 degrees!
The cold temperatures are a must in order to keep the handcrafted ice displays looking their best.
There is no time limit as you walk around. You can stay and enjoy yourself for as long as possible. However, most individuals wander and admire for 20 to 40 minutes.
And while enjoying the incredible displays, you can also admire the ice arches and tunnels ...
...and have fun sliding down the ice slide, too!
