When someone decides to open a new business, it is often a long process to get that idea up and running. You may have heard of the large market, farmer's market, food hall, and space that would take over a massive building in Shelby Park in Louisville. Well, Logan Street Market in Kentucky is finally open and you can experience over 30 local restaurants and shops, as well as many other exciting features. It's a first of its kind in the Bluegrass State and many have already fallen in love with this unique dining, shopping, and hang out spot.
Logan Street Market was created thanks to its founders who were inspired by the famous markets in Seattle.
They love Louisville and felt that a place like this was missing from the city. So the process began to bring this concept to life and it is now open to the public. You can read more about the market's mission here.
Following an exciting ribbon cutting ceremony, eager customers flooded inside to get a first look at this incredible space.
Housed in an oversized building in the Shelby Park neighborhood, locals are happy to have this new addition. It is also a great place to visit when you are in the Louisville area.
Once inside, you'll discover over 30 restaurants, food shops, vendors, and more.
The space is modern and open and offers plenty of seating throughout. It's a great place to meet up for lunch or use it as a coworking space while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere (and free wi-fi).
Food is a big focus at Logan Street Market and you can both do your shopping here and pick up a meal to enjoy right away.

Breakfast is also a great time to visit the market and some of the eateries open early to accommodate.
Logan Street Market is open every day aside from Monday. When you do decide to visit, be sure to give yourself time to browse and take it all in.
