6. Rose Island

7. City Market Catacombs

Enjoy a guided tour of Indy's underground. Few people know that there are catacombs below the city. They actually do not contain human remains but rather brick barrel-vaulted arches and other remnants of the Tomlinson Hall basement. Tours last about 30 minutes and are available May through October. Tickets are $12 per person age 12 and up while those between the ages of 6 and 11 are admitted for $2. Younger children may enter for free.
