Abbey Road on the River is a Beatles-inspired festival in Jeffersonville, Indiana this May that has been going on for 18 years. Taking place at the Big Four Station Park in southern Indiana, Abbey Road on the River is an annual music festival that takes place each year in order to celebrate the greatest rock band that ever existed.
It features 50 bands, many food vendors, a retail and craft market, interactive artwork, activities for kids, and much more.
Known as the world's largest Beatles-inspired festival, this unique event takes place right on the Ohio River at the foot of the Big Four Pedestrian Bridge, which connects Jeffersonville to Louisville.
It is known to light up at night making it the perfect backdrop for this five-day event.
In its 22nd year, the annual event still attracts more than 20,000 fans from all over the world who want to sing along to "All You Need Is Love," "Hey Jude," and "Let It Be."
Over this five-day span, guests enjoy more than 250 concerts of Beatles 1960s music.
Fifty bands from around the world come together to sing Beatles music and other tunes from the 1960s.
Additional concerts at this Beatles-inspired concert in Indiana will take place at The Radisson Hotel Grand Ballroom, which is about two miles from the river.
Some of this year's headliners include The Fab Four, Tony Kishman and Live and Let Die, Classicstone, The Diving Bell, The English Channel, The George Martins, The Black Ties, The Savage Young Beatles, along with Jan and Dean's Beach Party, The Cyrkle, and The Royal Guardsmen.
All ages come together to enjoy timeless songs that can't be beat. When you attend this event, you become a part of the Beatles family for life.
