Hear ye, hear ye! One of the most coveted Renaissance festivals is coming back to Tavares, Florida for two weekends this upcoming November. For anyone who missed out on previous years of time-traveling fun, the Lady of the Lake Renaissance Faire in Florida will be back in 2021 and better than ever. Picture live jousts, suits of armor, metal workers, and the scent of smoked turkey legs wafting in the air. Who's ready to take a trip back to 1604?

The Lady of the Lake Renaissance Faire is coming back for its 16th year of pure family fun.

Taking place November 2021, you’ll have your choice between two weekends to attend: November 5-7, and 13-14.

Notable displays include St. Augustine's Night of Lights, where the city's historic district is decked in millions of twinkling lights. The Santa's Enchanted Forest theme park transforms into a luminous wonderland in Miami. The Edison and Ford Winter Estates in Fort Myers host a mesmerizing display, and the Space Coast Lightfest in Melbourne enchants the experience of a drive-through light show. And while these particular light displays are very popular, we've curated a list of a few lesser-known yet some of the best Christmas shows and the best drive-through Christmas lights that are equally as majestic. Sure, maybe our weather doesn’t cool down the way it does up north to usher in the season, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still throw down in celebration. Some of the best fall fairs take place from September through November, so get ready to mark your calendars. I’ve curated this list of events to include those near Miami, fall events near Orlando, and so much more. We’ve got a small-town harvest fest and one of the biggest Oktoberfest celebrations in the state.

1. Harvest Holler Corn Maze (Polk City): Sept 17 - Nov. 20, 2024
