You might think it’s impossible to choose the most beautiful place in Southern California, and you’re right! But certainly one of the most strikingly gorgeous places in the whole region is Newport Beach in Orange County. From the sweet neighborhoods to the amazing ocean views, if you’re looking for a pretty place to enjoy this season, Newport Beach is for you.
The beach itself is, of course, the first thing you’ll notice upon arriving in the area. The views from all over town are incredible. You won’t even believe your eyes at the panoramic vistas of the ocean.
When you go onto the sand, you can get an even better look at the magnificent blue color of the water. You don’t often see this color water around Southern California, as it’s usually darker and less transparent at other beaches. Take it all in while you’re here!
The people who are lucky enough to live in Newport Beach have houses that are to die for! While we can’t all buy an oceanfront home, we can always admire them from the sand.
In fact, the buildings in Newport Beach are so charming that you’ll want to photograph them all. Enjoy the architecture of the local shops and restaurants. There’s no wrong answer when it comes to where to go in this neighborhood.
The view from the beach is comprised of several beautiful elements. The lovely Lido Isle, peaceful Newport Bay, and Santa Monica mountains are all visible on nice, clear days.
Stay near the water until sunset and take a tranquil walk down to Balboa Pier for the sunset. Newport Beach is gorgeous at all times of day and the evening is no exception. Enjoy the magnificent colors painting the sky!
It’s no wonder that Newport Beach is often considered the most beautiful place in Southern California. Once you visit, you’ll want to come back over and over to experience the striking views and sweet atmosphere. What’s your favorite part of visiting this fun town?
