Yet another fantastic stop to take on Central is at a unique olive oil and vinegar store. This shop will spur culinary creativity and fill you up on more tasty samples than you could believe.
Evilo is a truly unique and delicious place to stroll around for a while.
In case you were wondering the store is named for "olive" but backwards. It's about in the middle of the avenue at 360 Central Ave., Hot Springs, AR 71901.
The shop has about twenty flavors each of olive oil and vinegar but you won't want to get just one.
Evilo's olive oils are promoted as pairs, which means there's over 200 varieties of delicious mixes. Our absolute favorite bread dip is their blood orange and vanilla olive oils.
However, don't feel like bread dipping is your only option with the oils. You'll be leaving inspired with new recipe and pairing ideas.
Evilo's experts will have you drooling with dinner ideas. Pastas, chili, roasted vegetables, and endless desserts are just some of the inspiration.
Oils and vinegars are the features at Evilo but they're certainly not the only options in store.
