Get a true taste of the Wild West at the Old Tombstone Western Theme Park, located in the "Town Too Tough to Die."
This sprawling, Old West-themed amusement park is a ghost town come to life, with near-exact replicas of buildings that once existed here in Tombstone.
You'll find the park just blocks away from historic Allen Street, where the infamous O.K. Corral shootout took place in 1881.
Everyone really gets into character, too. Instead of cars, you'll see horse-drawn carriages trotting down the streets!
Nearly a dozen attractions promise to keep visitors of all ages entertained. Mad-Miners Mini Golf is a fun and challenging course where each hole tells a different tale from Tombstone's storied past.
Parkgoers can also pan for gold, pose inside a jail cell, and test their aim in a shooting gallery, among other activities.
Head to the theatre at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., or 3 p.m. to watch The Tombstone Cowboys reenact scenes from popular Western movies. This acclaimed gunfight and comedy show is as exciting as it is hilarious, and the whole family is sure to have a blast.
Guests also love the 30-minute trolley tour that embarks on a three-mile journey to the most historic spots in Tombstone. There's also a haunted version on Friday and Saturday nights!
When it comes to dining, the park has several scrumptious options. Chow down on a juicy burger or chicken-fried steak at the Chuckwagon, then whet your whistle with some cold beer or authentic sarsaparilla at the Cantina.
