The days are getting chillier and that means the holidays are quickly approaching. If you’re ready to get into the Christmas spirit, one of the perfect ways to do so is by checking out light displays. Why not make it a truly incredible experience by visiting one of the largest light displays in the country?
This is Lights of the World, a massive event that features more than 10 million lights in 75 displays across 11 different exhibits. It is the largest light display in the country and continent!
The display highlights a variety of international cultures but is modeled after Chinese lantern festivals. You’ll find displays featuring cultures and countries from continents like Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America.
This short video will give you a quick view of what the light display looks like from the sky!
The display was hosted at Rawhide Western Town last year and was moved to the Arizona State Fairgrounds for 2017. It also is estimated to be twice the size with 10 million lights!
In addition to the light displays, the event also features a large carnival…
...acrobat shows…
...and plenty of fresh food from a wide variety of cultures.
This is one amazing light display you won’t want to miss!
