The highway from Anchorage to Seward is just long enough for a day trip and jam packed with photo ops the entire way. Potter Marsh has some great spots for picture taking, right outside Anchorage on the Seward Highway. The Seward Highway passes through some of the most beautiful places in Alaska!
3) The Homer Spit
Going down to Homer for some awesome photography is a great idea. The town is quaint and great for those perfectly placed shots behind the viewfinder.
