Why We Love It: It's taken several trips for me to figure out my perfect "weekender bag that's TSA approved," but I've found my perfect carry on with the TOBIQ Colorado 30L. An Instagram ad caught my eye during a late-night scroll session and I was intrigued by the colorful compartments and versatility of the bag, which can be carried as a duffle or as a backpack (I prefer the backpack for even weight distribution and airport navigation.) Why I Love It: Fact: Airplanes are notoriously dry, dry, dry. No matter how much water I drink both before and during the flight, I always find myself in a hydration deficit for days. Both of them top sales in the country, for a number of reasons. But Fred Meyer West, by Fairbanks International Airport, is the very busiest, with sales the highest in the entire country.
Out of 2,779 stores in 35 states in America, this Fred Meyer is number one.
With eleven locations in Alaska, it’s hard not to love Fred Meyer. And as there aren’t a lot of grocery stores in the Interior, which makes the wide range of items in this store even more of a boon.
At 230,000 feet, it’s like a massive playground for adults.
They also send out tons of packages, food and non-food, all over the state to the bush communities. The two Fairbanks stores service a lot of Alaska: over 100,000 people off of the road systems.
