If you are a Colorado native, you probably know a thing or two about green chili, the (unofficial) state food. Seriously, what's not to love about this popular dish? Last but certainly not least is the Sandmeier family favorite, Jack-n-Grill. My husband always orders the ground beef burrito with green chili and I get my Huevos Rancheros (scrambled) with green chili. Soooo good!!!
