Apple picking season is in full swing, which means it is time to get out and pick your own apples fresh from the tree! Don't have an apple tree of your own? No problem, as the Centennial State is chock-full of these farms and orchards, including the charming Adam's Apple:
Hiding away in the small, northern Colorado town of Ault, Adam's Apple is a picturesque orchard and farm that is home to an incredible 150 varieties of apples!
Formerly known as Masonville Orchards, Adam's Apple is open for picking 12 weeks a year, as its many different varieties (including Cortland, Redfield, and Winecrisp) come in at different times.
Please note: Due to the time of the year and the Orchard's popularity, it is best to arrive as early as possible to ensure there are remaining apples.
In addition to the countless varieties of apples, Adam's also grows pears and plums and even sells pumpkins during the late fall.
As if you needed another reason to visit, Adam's Apple is also home to an on-site country store that carries tons of fresh and delicious products that you will not find anywhere else.
In addition to their u-pick option, Adam's Apple also offers pre-picked bushels ready to go.
