Our beloved small Arkansas town of Eureka Springs has several locales where you can get an amazing meal. McClard's in Hot Springs and Jones BBQ in Marianna have gotten national recognition for their awesome food, but don't forget that other smaller towns in the Natural State have culinary greatness as well! These restaurants around Arkansas are in lesser known locations than Little Rock, Hot Springs or Fayetteville, but they have food that's definitely worth trying.
13. Roma Italian Restaurant
If you're looking for classic Italian cuisine in north Arkansas, Roma Italian Restaurant in Harrison is a great find for magnificent entrees at affordable prices. The portion sizes are huge, so be sure not to fill up on too much of their delicious garlic bread before your meal arrives. The service here is polite and personable. You'll be back for another visit!

Located in Harrison, Jasmine Thai Cuisine is an awesome place if you're looking for authentic Thai dishes in north Arkansas. The spicy noodles and the red curry are especially enjoyable, and diners should be sure to set their entree's spicy level at a 9 or a 10 for maximum heat!

El Canaveral Mexican Restaurant in Stuttgart is the place to arrive hungry, because the portions here are huge and delicious. Vegetarians will appreciate the meal combos available on the menu here.

Los Toritos of Star City offers excellent Mexican cuisine at a great price. Diners expecially love the fresh chips and salsa brought out to feast upon before the entrees are served. The service is polite and the atmosphere is casually enjoyable.

Stopping in for a meal at Stroud's in Mayflower will transport you back to the good old notion of what a diner should be. The good home cooking and polite service will make your experience here a truly great one at a price that won't break your bank account.

Flying Burger in Magnolia will impress you with their friendly and fast wait staff. You'll enjoy the cheeseburger combo here and can choose from a wide variety of menu selections. Local Flying Burger fans say the fish tacos and seafood entrees are a must-try.
7. JJ's Lakeside Cafe
Located in Lake Village, JJ's Lakeside Cafe features excellent Cajun cuisine as well as a daily lunch buffet that includes their great catfish. Pork chops, potatoes, butter beans, and peas are also a part of many delicacies at the buffet.

La Terraza in Lake Village offers delicious entrees of authentic Mexican food. A unique and delicious fruit punch and yummy Margaritas are also a favorite here, especially on a night when live entertainment is featured.

August Moon, located in West Helena, is variety at its finest. Not only does the restaurant serve great Chinese cuisine, but you can also get delicious American food here as well. The fried chicken dinner is said to be well worth a try!
4. Gene's BBQ
Gene's BBQ in Brinkley has a cozy country atmosphere where you'll have a great time choosing from the menu of Southern favorites. The barbecue is excellent here, and be sure to save room for one of their delicious fried peach pies for dessert.
3. Weinkeller Restaurant
Located in Weiderkehr Village, the Weinkeller Restaurant is a restaurant steeped in history that features excellent and authentic European dishes. Enjoy dishes and recipies from France, Germany, and Italy while you have a glass of Arkansas's wonderful Weiderkehr wine. The original wine cellar, built in 1880, is the home of this well-received establishment. Weinkeller was converted from a cellar into a restaurant in 1967.
2. Pat's Place
Pat's Place in Stuttgart is an awesome place to eat when you're in the area. The chicken fried steak and the Dilly Dally, or fried pickles, are favorites among regulars. Wi-fi is also a handy amenity at this cafeteria-style eatery.

The historic Ozark Cafe in Jasper has been open since 1909, making it one of the oldest restaurants in the state. The Ozark Cafe serves up excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the week and features live entertainment regularly, too.
