This small town antique shop seems like a typical shopping stop at first.
As The Crow Flies is a small family-owned business southeast of Cord, AR.
They do have various wares to peruse and plenty of gifts to bring home to friends.
Handbags, home decor, homemade goodies, and antiques are packed inside this little shop.
The rather unexpected treasure to find at As The Crow Flies is in the back.
The shop is home to a beautiful sunflower field that you'll immediately fall in love with.
Come to the field for flower-powered photos and a sense of tranquility.
The gorgeous field has a way of melting away stress as soon as you enter. Anyone is welcomed to come stroll along the sunflowers and take pictures. They do charge $5/car so be sure to bring some cash when you visit.
This sunflower season will be rather short but spectacular nonetheless.
The sunflowers have begun to open so if you'd like to see this year's field then plan a trip during the first week of August.
There will be another reason to visit later in the year, too.
As The Crow Flies has a ginormous pumpkin and gourd patch growing during the fall. In addition to finding a jack o' lantern or two, thrill seekers can also walk through a spooky haunted trail put on by the shop.
A carefree weekend among the sunflowers will be a perfect family getaway!
Flowers are fickle things so be sure to follow the As The Crow Flies Facebook Page for updates on the field.
