1. La Frontera 1 (Phoenix)
This late-night food truck might be unassuming, but its food certainly isn't. Several different meats are offered, including carnitas, chicken, steak, and barbacoa, but one thing remains the same across the board: deliciousness.

2. Tacos Tijuana (Peoria)
Tacos Tijuana specializes in street tacos, which means you can try a little bit of everything. The tortillas are fresh, the meat is tender and flavorful, and salsa is spiced to perfection.

3. Taqueria La Hacienda (Phoenix)
For over two decades, this Phoenix institution has been blessing the valley with mouthwatering tacos. You really can't go wrong, but the pastor seems to be particularly raved about (especially when topped with guacamole salsa.) They only accept cash, so don't come empty-handed!

4. Taqueria Los Yaquis (Phoenix)
This popular walk-up taco joint is complete with a large covered patio to enjoy them on. Although the line is always long, it's well worth the wait - after all, where else in Phoenix can you find $1 tacos that actually taste good? Many patrons claim the carne asada is Phoenix's best, hands-down.

5. Waldo's Tacos (Peoria)
Waldo's was voted the best food truck in Peoria, and for good reason. The truck is family-owned, and you can truly taste the passion and authenticity that goes into each order. Tacos are $1 on Tuesday, so plan accordingly!

6. Taqueria Rosita's Mexican Food Truck (Sandra Rubio)
You'll find a ridiculously wide variety of tacos to choose from here at Taqueria Rosita's. Tortillas are made in-house, salsas are deliciously fresh, and meat is wonderfully juicy. It's an all-around taste sensation!

7. Modern Tortilla Food Truck and Catering (Phoenix)
Modern Tortilla is a Phoenix food truck that also offers catering for businesses and events. Unique flavor combinations include slow-braised pork with pineapple, 24-hour marinated skirt steak and fresh lime juice, and shredded cinnamon chicken served alongside green salsa. 8. Taco Juan (Phoenix)
This eye-popping food truck serves more than just looks to passersby. Taco Juan offers a great selection, with the carne asada and al pastor being the clear crowd favorites. The family is so hospitable and quality always consistent!

9. Tacos al Pastor (Glendale)
Tacos al Pastor is one of Glendale's newest food trucks, but it's certainly generated quite a buzz. All of its menu offerings are incredibly refreshing, and each taco comes with two corn tortillas - AKA double the deliciousness.
