Eagles Nest at High Falls is a beautifully restored cabin that makes for the perfect winter getaway. During the winter season, Bald Eagles nest along the bluff. During your stay, you'll also see them soaring along the bluff. It's such an incredible sight to witness. 5. Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge - Decatur
The Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge is a popular outdoor attraction for all ages, especially during wintertime. Each winter, the wildlife refuge is invaded by thousands of sandhill cranes.
