Several events are scheduled to take place in downtown Fairhope each holiday season. Towards the end of November, Fairhope's Lighting of the Trees will take place. This magical event brings the entire community together to kick off the holiday season. Local school bands and choirs are also scheduled to perform.
And every year, children and adults will gather downtown for the town's annual Movie in the Street On Fairhope Avenue. Don't forget to bring along a chair and a cozy blanket. Refreshments will be available, and the event is free.
