1. Springboro
Springboro received a GreatSchools rank of 9 and the percentage of families with at least one child under 18 was 37.9 percent. The median home value in Springboro was $201,900 and the median family income in 2013 was $105,644. Additionally, the family income growth between 1999 and 2013 was 46.09 percent.
2. Pickerington
Pickerington received a GreatSchools rank of 8 and the percentage of families with at least one child under 18 was 39.5 percent. The median home value in Pickerington was $183,200 and the median family income in 2013 was $87,068. Additionally, the family income growth between 1999 and 2013 was 36.76 percent.
3. Mason
Mason received a GreatSchools rank of 10 and the percentage of families with at least one child under 18 was 33.2 percent. The median home value in Mason was $221,500 and the median family income in 2013 was $107,519. Additionally, the family income growth between 1999 and 2013 was 62.99 percent.
4. Hilliard
