Enchanted Forest Water Safari has over 50 rides, more than 30 of which are exciting water rides.

Since opening in the late 1950s, Enchanted Forest Water Safari has transformed over the last 60 years, becoming the ultimate New York water park.

In 1978, the amusement ride area of the park was created.

The addition of the Ferris Wheel, the thrilling ride pictured above and several others only added to the parks appeal, drawing in more visitors.

Originally known as just Enchanted Forest, the park took on the name of Enchanted Forest Water Safari back in the late 1980s.

In the mid 1980s, the park quickly began to add more and more water rides, adding Water Safari to its name.

Popular areas such as the Saw Mill, pictured below, weren't added to the park until 1999.

Today, this place is well-known as New York's best water park, a place that all of our residents should visit at least once.
