The humble pepperoni roll has a great part in West Virginia's history, with its beginning as an easily portable lunch for miners. This West Virginia bakery has been making beloved pepperoni rolls for over a hundred years.
Founded in 1914, Tomaro's Bakery in Clarksburg has been a West Virginia favorite for over a century.
Each morning the bakery creates delicious fresh breads...
...and pepperoni rolls!
Tomaro's is especially popular during the holidays, when people line up to get pepperoni rolls for their holiday feasts, or to ship to friends and family across the country.
No matter how long the line, it's worth the wait!
For those who can't visit the bakery and want a taste of home, you can also order the bread and pepperoni rolls from Tomaro's website.

For many West Virginians, it's just not Christmas without pepperoni rolls.
