It's that time of year again! You might be asking yourself, where can I find fireworks near me this Independence Day? We covered the 2016 fireworks destinations in Rhode Island and now we are pleased to bring you the updated 2017 list. Make sure you hit as many as you can on 4th of July weekend!

South County:

1. Town Beach, North Kingstown

Fireworks on the beach is just such a New England experience to have! Town Beach in North Kingstown is a gorgeous place to catch the show this year. See their display on July 1st at 10 Beach Street around 9:00 pm.

2. Crescent Beach, New Shoreham

If you find yourself on beautiful Block Island this Independence Day weekend, definitely catch this gorgeous fireworks show. It will be happening on July 2 at 7 Corn Neck Road at 9:30 pm.

3. East Ferry Beach, Jamestown

Jamestown is also the place to be for amazing island fireworks shows. Visit East Ferry Beach on July 2 on Canonicus Avenue at 9:00 pm.

4. Narragansett Town, Narragansett

Narragansett Town beach is one of the most popular places to be in the summer for a reason. It's simply gorgeous. Catch the display on July 4th at 39 Boston Neck Road at dusk.

5. Misquamicut Beach, Westerly

Even if you're "all the way in Westerly" you still have fireworks options. Head to Misquamicut Beach on July 4th at 9:00 pm. This beach is at 257 Atlantic Avenue if you somehow have never been before.

6. Newport Harbor, Newport

Who doesn't love summer in Newport? Find this amazing fireworks display on July 4th at Newport Harbor on Wellington Avenue at 9:00 pm.

7. Rose Island, Newport

This fireworks display is a perfect one for boating enthusiasts! Either boat on over, or catch the ferry for this fourth of July show at Dusk on Rose Island.

8. Escobar's Farm, Portsmouth

This family owned and operated farm puts on an amazing annual show. Catch it in person this year on July 4th at 133 Middle Road around 9:30 pm.

9. Providence County: McCoy Stadium, Pawtucket

McCoy Stadium is offering two post game fireworks displays on July 2nd, and 3rd. Visit the stadium for a ball game at 1 Colombus Avenue and hang around for the dusk displays.

10. Pierce Memorial, East Providence

Head to Pierce Memorial Stadium on July 3rd at 9:00 pm if you're around East Providence. You won't regret it. Find it at 201 Mercer Street.

11. Tucker Field, Cumberland

Catch the fireworks display after Cumberland's annual Independence Day festival on July 3rd at 2600 Mendon Road.

12. Governor John A Notte Jr Park, North Providence

Head to Governor John A Notte Jr Park in North Providence on July 3rd at dusk for the city's impressive fireworks show. Find it at 1160 Douglas Avenue.

13. Hope Jackson Fire Station at Hope Park, Scituate

Even the small town of Scituate offers big Independence Day offerings. Head to Hope Jackson Fire Station in Hope Park at 117 Main Street on July 3rd. The show kicks off at 9:00.

Kent County:

14. Oakland Beach Seawall, Warwick

The annual show at Oakland Beach is a perfectly Rhode Island option. Go early and grab some clam cakes at Iggy's and enjoy the show in luxury. Find it at 889 Oakland Beach Ave at 9:00.

Bristol County:

15. Bristol Harbor, Bristol

Watch the gorgeous fireworks over the harbor at 259 Thames Street in the historic seaport town of Bristol. The show kicks off around 9:00 pm.
