In less than two weeks, we’ll be celebrating the 4th of July. It’s hard to believe it’s already that time of year again. Many 4th of July celebrations last throughout the entire day. Some will even begin on July 2 – lasting throughout the entire weekend. I’m sure you’ll agree with me that the best part of any July 4th festivity is the spectacular fireworks display at the very end. Listed below are 12 spectacular fireworks displays, including five of our favorites, that will be happening this 4th of July. And without a doubt, this year’s displays will blow last year’s out of the water!

1. 68th Annual Boulder City Damboree Celebration – Boulder City

Boulder City’s Damboree Celebration is one of the most highly anticipated events of the year. This year’s celebration will be its 68th, and that alone is reason enough to celebrate. At 7:00 a.m., the Damboree celebration will begin with a Rotary Pancake Breakfast at Bicentennial Park. At 9:00 a.m., a flyover and parade will take place. From 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., food, drinks and games will be set up at Broadbent Memorial Park. And from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., festivities will take place at Veteran’s Memorial Park. These festivities include food, games, live entertainment, and of course a spectacular fireworks display, which will begin at approximately 9:00 p.m.

2. Star Spangled Sparks – Sparks

The Star Spangled Sparks fireworks display is one of the region’s best. On July 3, on Victorian Square, the fireworks will be launched from Nugget Casino Resort’s rooftop. The Independence Day celebration will begin at 4:00 p.m. and end around 11:00 p.m. A variety of activities are available for the entire family. Fireworks will begin at dusk.

3. Caesars Palace July 4th Celebration – Las Vegas

On July 3, Caesars Palace will have its largest Independence Day celebration ever. At approximately 9:10 p.m., its spectacular fireworks display will be launched from the hotel’s Julius Tower and will last 13.5 minutes. 4. Red, White and Tahoe Blue – Incline Village

This year will mark the 10th anniversary of Red, White and Tahoe Blue. This special anniversary will be promoting community spirit, local merchants and charitable causes. Red, White and Tahoe Blue, which begins on July 1 and ends on July 4, takes place on Village Green and hosts more than 45 events. These events include a firehouse pancake breakfast, rubber duck races, an ice cream eating contest, the annual veterans’ recognition, a hometown parade and a spectacular fireworks display. 5. Rockets Over The River – Laughlin

What’s better than one fireworks display? Two fireworks displays! On July 2 and July 4, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the 26th annual Rockets Over The River fireworks display will shoot off over the Colorado River. The best places to view this incredible fireworks show is from either the Laughlin River Walk or from one of the hotels along the river. This fireworks display will be the same on both days.

Las Vegas
6. The Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower
Fireworks will launch from their property on July 3 at 9:00 p.m.

7. Mandalay Bay 4th of July Fireworks Show
Fireworks displays will take place on July 2 and July 3 following musical performances, which begin at 8:30 p.m.

Henderson
8. Stations Casinos
On July 4, at approximately 9:00 p.m., fireworks will launch from their Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson and their Red Rock Resort in the northwest.

9. Henderson’s Annual 4th of July Celebration in Mission Hills Park
Fireworks will begin at 9:00 p.m.

10. Lake Las Vegas’ 4th of July Celebration at MonteLago Village.
A firework show will be displayed over the lake at 9:00 p.m.

Beatty
11. 4th of July Celebration at Cottonwood Park
Fireworks will begin at dusk.

Fernley
12. 4th of July Celebration in Downtown Fernley
Fireworks will begin at dusk.
