Any self-respecting fall bucket list in Montana should certainly include getting lost in a corn maze - it's an essential autumn experience in the Big Sky State. If you’ve brushed off the idea in the past, you may want to reconsider, because some Montana farms really go all out for this seasonal staple. Try one of these six corn mazes in Montana before Halloween.
1. Bozeman Maze - Bozeman
From Wednesday-Sunday each week until Halloween (hours vary), you’ll have a chance to beat the Bozeman Maze. Your $13.00 admission (for adults) includes the use of the maze, use of the onsite tent for a party, hayrides and a host of other awesome activities.

2. The Maize at Grandpa’s Farm - Billings
For over 30 seasons Grandpa’s Farms has been notorious for its incredible corn maze, and each year seems to be better than the last. It's open Wednesday-Saturday with varying hours, and sometimes the maze is haunted.
We think it’s one of the best corn mazes in Montana!
3. Montana Corn Maze - Manhattan
The Montana Corn Maze is created by cutting four foot wide paths through a corn field that has been planted in a grid. It’s drawn and cut without the use of GPS or computers. It's open on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
It's easily one of the best Montana corn mazes.
4. Field of Screams - Victor
A word of caution: This isn’t your average corn maze. In fact, it sells adult absorbent underwear for the easily spooked and doesn’t recommend young children attempt it (a Children of the Candy Corn maze is a available for the little ones). It's open Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays in October, with hauntings beginning at dusk.
This creepy corn field in Montana is a must-see!
5. Fritz Corn Maze - Kalispell
You’ll find all kinds of festivities at the Fritz Corn Maze. Each year a new maze is cut into a field of corn, and a challenging scavenger hunt is planned. You can also ride a cow train, play a game of bean bag toss and slide down a culvert slide.
6. Applestem Corn Maize and Pumpkin Patch - Vaughn
Applestem’s corn maze is now in its 12th season, and it seems to get better every year. Check out its Haunting Nights on the weekends, when you’ll be joined by ghosts as you navigate the maze.
